Zorith pursuing the White Lepi
My mother disowned me. My first love went splat in front of my eyes. My best friends constantly mock me. My wife told my children to eat me, and they tried to, only to go splat on my windshield. I find peace within myself because I can't find it anywhere outside
—Zorith, feeling sorry for himself
Zorith was a male Colicoid born in Hive Major, Colla IV in 891 BBY. He was sixth to hatch out of ten thousand at one of the Queen of Colla IV's many clutches. He was force-sensitive just like another sixth hatchling, his sister Zudu. He spoke Basic, Pak Pak, and Colicoid. He was known to have a selfish nature and to make fun of other people.
Like all Force-sensitive Colicoids, Zorith and Zudu were exposed to the elements. However, they were found by Jedi Master Bob Strauhz and taken to Coruscant for Jedi training. They were part of the Gundark Clan. At the Temple he learned many different skills such as sculpting, tight-rope walking, advanced mathematics, and cryptology.
In 879, Bob took Zorith as his Padawan.
The following year, Zorith, Ambrose, Yoda, and their Masters sent to Kuat to investigate the murder of Kuat of Kuat and the disappearance of his children. They determined the culprits to be a Hutt kajidic working for Senator Puat of Kuat. They saved the children. Later in that year Bob and Zorith went on a mission into the underlevels of Coruscant, where they found a Duinuogwuin.
In 841, Ambrose, Yoda, and Zorith smuggled King Skrymaul off Toydaria, saving him from the assassins of a local fascist regime attempting to take over the planet. The following year, Zorith attended a Judiciary Training Refreshment Exercise.
In 833 BBY, Ambrose, Yoda, and Zorith led a Judicial Department taskforce to defeat Warlord Randiharris in the Expansion Region.
In 831 BBY, Zorith, Zudu, and Yoda first met Yodatine on Endor. There they destroyed his army of Little Green Critter Replica Droids, but they failed to save hostage woklings. The following year, Zorith and Yoda helped Ambrose free his kidnapped family from Yodatine on the planet Cuzterthd, which they also liberated.
In 829 BBY, Zorith honed his skills on Jedi Boot Camp, such as Mortichro, Sever force, and Battle meditation.
Two years later, Zorith and Zudu saved the trillionaire Mr. Tunnels from being killed by an avalanche. As a result, he added them to his list of heirs in his will. In 821 BBY, Mr. Tunnels was murdered. Famed detective Herlock Sholmes investigated the suspects--namely the heirs, including Zorith and Zudu. However, the two Colicoids discovered that Sholmes himself was the murderer, and managed to strand him on Endor.
In 799 BBY, Ambrose, Yoda, Yiba, and Zorith destroyed one of Yodatine's deep-space stations. Two years later they prevented the Bloodbringer terrorists from destroying the Al-Campur Monastery on Sriluur. While on Sriluur, he won a dark wolf race]].
In 795 BBY, Zorith, Ambrose, and Yoda took a vacation to the Papier-mâché Planet, where Zorith witnessed his first love leap gracefully off a waterfall, only to die gruesomely on a slightly submerged boulder below. He nonetheless met a new love and was married. His bride produced fifty eggs, which hatched into hungry baby Colicoids who all wanted to eat their father. These offspring hunted Zorith across the Galaxy for decades, hoping to devour him according to Colicoid tradition. Their quest ultimately led to them dying in sundry ways, including being splattered on the viewport of a starship.
Two years later, Ambrose, Zorith, and Yoda attempted to prevent Darth Utini's cyborged tooke army from taking over Malastare. While successful, they accidentally incited a Dug revolt versus the Gran Protectorate. Later that year, Zorith took Napl-Ton-Kra as his Padawan.
In 784 BBY, Zorith received a message that Yodatine's forces were invading Colla IV, led by Ramble. When Zorith arrived on Colla IV, allies of the Big Boss accused Zorith of being an ally of Ramble, and Zorith was put on trial. However, Zorith saved his mother, the Queen of Colla IV, from being assassinated by Yodatine's Krupn agents, and Fufu revealed that the accusers were themselves Krupn.
Two years later, Ambrose, Zorith, Yoda, Zudu, and Veronica overthrew the G'ye Cult of Apoltemis.
In 781 BBY, Zorith was part of the team that infiltrated the Supreme Chancellor's skyhook during the Tabponian Raid on Coruscant. Sadly, Zorith witnessed the death of his Padawan Napl-Ton-Kra at the hands of Darth Sarait, apprentice of Yodatine. However, Ambrose and Zorith managed to slay Sarait in return. The following year, Zorith helped repair the damaged Jedi Temple, hiring the 3 Holy Men of Why as architectural consultants.
In 769 BBY, the Queen of Colla IV died. Zorith wrote the Song of Sorrow in her honor.
