Zarkun Haikaul-Deadmerit was a Zeltron/Fazabian Fa'neir Dragon hybrid, as a result of a relationship between her mother, Zeltron assassin Zadan Haikaul, and her father, Tarakus Deadmerit. For most of her life, she served at her father's side, except for a six-year period, where her father had become Darth Gualtullo.

Bio[]

Early Life[]

Zarkun was hatched on Tepagastra in 99 ABY, to her father, Tarakus Deadmerit, Leader of the Black Commander Corps, after the bitter death of Tarakus's wife, Lumiya. When Tarakus turned 120, He had gone to Zeltros, to celebrate his landmark birthday. It was a few days into his celebration, that he had met the relatively unknown assassin, Zadan Haikaul. When it came time to leave, Tarakus and Zadan felt it best that Tarakus take charge of the unhatched child. It was when she hatched, that Tarakus got a good look at his infant daughter. In an equally startling transformation, Zarkun, had matured into an adult, in the same amount of time as his first daughter had. Knowing how powerful Zarkun really was, Tarakus took it upon himself to train his daughter, allowing his older daughter, Tu'verana, to assist in the training of the young Zeltron/Fa'neir hybrid.

Training, and First mission[]

In just a few years, Zarkun managed to get a grasp of her Force skills and other powers, and was given an Ekatra title, which, by tradition, was largly ignored. Struggling to grasp her other powers, inherited through her father's bloodline from Kiro Vapthes, Tarakus had to continue her training in those areas, eventually allowing her to use these other abilities, Light and Darkness, to help her out in her difficult missions. Along with training in the Force, Light and Darkness, Zarkun recieved training in a multitude of weaponry, becoming extremely proficient in the usage of sniper rifles, many of the hand-to-hand combat weapons utilized by her father, just to name a few. It was when her training was completed, that Tarakus gave her, her first mission. This first mission, sent her to search for Mirandall Korbescht, who had been living in retirement on Coruscant, at the time, around 112 ABY.

Darth Gualtullo's Diabolical War[]

After very little activity occurred for over one hundred years, Shar'ka Ross appeared on Coruscant in 224 ABY, throwing Tarakus and Zarkun into a small, chaotic fight with him. At this time, Harlan Takanagamo had been hunting the infamous Sith Lord for several years, after he had surfaced on Dvorna. What they didn't know, was that Darth Gualtullo was using Shar'ka Ross's appearance to take the Gualtullo Holocron from its unknown resting place, and pocketed it, for his own purposes. Shortly afterward, Gualtullo returned to Tepagastra, to confront and vanquish his longtime adversary. Unfortunately, Gualtullo was imprisoned in his holocron once again, when Zarkun managed to trap him in a corner, and use the entrapment trigger on the holocron.

The Death of Draco Minoris and Tarakus Deadmerit[]

When news of her father's death on Tilurafon reached her in 1,379 ABY, Zarkun, striken with grief, and blinded by anger, went out on a rampage, that killed over 450 people, in little over 5 years. It was during this time, that Zarkun became Darth Wildaska. She managed to elude Harlan Takanagamo, and Tu'verana Deadmerit for over 30 years, leading them from one end of the new galaxy to the other, leaving hardly any trace of her presence wherever she led them. Somewhere around 1,411 ABY, Wildaska was captured by DMC operatives, and returned to Tristchana, where it was found that she had her own Sith Ego holocron in her possession, and it was through this device, that Wildaska had come into existance. When the essence of Wildaska was returned into its proper housing, Zarkun, had returned, still mourning over the loss of her father.

The Return of Darth Gualtullo[]

When Zarkun's father's body was recovered from the volcano that it had rested in, for 700 years, Zarkun herself, supervised her father's resurrection, to make sure that nothing went haywire with the process. After three long months of waiting, Tarakus was successfully resurrected, the same way that he had resurrected numerous individuals worthy of the resurrection. But, unbeknownst to any of them, Ludamigus had returned, still carrying Gualtullo's Holocron. While Tarakus was on a walk, he was ambushed by Ludamigus, not realizing that he had returned the holocron to its wrong owner, and brought the essence of the holder out. This small event, known as the Return of Darth Gualtullo, crashed upon Zarkun once again, causing her to lose her father.

The Hunt for Gualtullo[]

From 2,079 ABY to 2,085 ABY, Zarkun spent this time, searching and hunting for Darth Gualtullo, to bring him down. Over that six-year period, Zarkun had once again utilized her own Sith identity to draw Gualtullo out of hiding, from wherever it was that he was hiding. In 2,085 ABY, with the help of Darth Draco Minoris, and Harlan Takanagamo, Zarkun, captured her father, but allowed Draco Minoris to do the confrontation, which returned Tarakus from his dark state and forced the Gualtullo spirit back into its holocron. Finally reunited with her father, Zarkun was finally able to be at her father's side once again.

Personality and Physical traits[]

What can I say? She's a chip off the old block. I just wish my other daughter were like her.
—Tarakus Deadmerit, regarding Zarkun.[src]

When compared with her half-sister, Tu'verana, Zarkun was more like her father, being highly anti-social, preferring to be with her father, her mother, or any friends of hers. But, because she was a Zeltron, she utilized her pheromonal charms to manipulate men to do what she wanted them to do for her, while on her missions, giving her a reputation for being lazy on a mission. Her father would often frown upon her pheromone usage, if he was present when she did this. Despite being a Zeltron/Fazabian Fa'neir Dragon hybrid, gifted with the use of pheromones, she was still extremely intelligent, and at times, psychotic, like her father.

Regarding her physical traits, she was a most unusual hybrid, given that she was a Zeltron, with her Dragon's tail, colored pink, her hands were also Dragon, but her hair, was an unusual green color, hinting at the Vapthes-Deadmerit family connection.
