Yoda was a Jedi Master who served the Galactic Republic. He was the master of many students and was very wise. His master was N'Kata Del Gormo. He was a leading member of the Jedi Council along with Mace Windu, Ki-Adi-Mundi, Dooku, and others. He was one of the many council members arguing on whether they should have investigated cloning activities on Kamino.
