Yemorro Nen was a Kage born on Delaya to a family who had fled their homeworld of Quarzite when Otua Blank ascended to the throne. He grew up under the Empire but, despite being an alien, was able to receive a good education. He studied at the University of Alderaan but contracted Scere Ciebrolta and was sent home to his family to rest for a semester. The disease was so severe that most of his jaw and the right side of his face had to be replaced by cybernetic implants. During his time at home, the university, along with all of Alderaan was destroyed by the Empire's Death Star. He was still able to complete his education and he managed to obtain work at the Imperial Research Conglomerate. They sent him to Ord Zathuun where he developed the experimental assassin droid, S7-1Y. The Ord Zathuun wing of the Conglomerate became civilian after the Galactic Civil War ended and was shut down in 8 ABY. Nen was out of work until a firm on Coruscant hired him to work in their robotics division a few months later. He was one of thousands of people who were killed in 10 ABY when there was a huge riot near his home.
