Star Wars Fanon

Old Republic era

Yagogg was a male Gamorrean who worked as an enforcer for the Hutt Cartel during the Great Galactic War, Cold War and Galactic War. He was nearly killed during negotiations with a rival Hutt's forces, prompting him to rethink his entire way of life and depart Nar Shaddaa.

He eventually started assisting the Republic Strategic Information Service in their efforts to combat the Hutt's criminal activities in Republic space, using his insider knowledge to great effect against his former employers. Yagogg was reassigned when concerns were raised that his former employers had been inquiring after him, suspecting his duplicity.

However, thanks to his successes, Yagogg earned the trust of his handlers, enough so that he was invited to lend his expertise in the field on the neutral world of Voryle, where his knowledge of criminal behavior proved to be invaluable to his superior officer – Isla Ahnkett – in earning the loyalty and respect of the members of the Cobbled Terentateks street gang.

Yagogg would spend the rest of his life on Voryle, being granted permanent assignment to the planet – at his own request – to manage the Cobbled Terentateks long after the operation to repel the Sith Empire's proxies was successfully completed.

Towards the end of his life he stepped down from his position in the gang, taking on an honorary role, yet still remained a respected figure on the streets, with even enemies of the Terentateks knowing better than to bother him.
