X-351, also known as Catoonie, was a small snow-covered planet in the Unknown Regions. The planet, was home to the Catpire and its leader, the Catporer. All of the cats evolved with fur due, to the planet's frigid temperatures.
Shipyards encircled the planet, causing some parts of the planet to receive no sunlight at all. This caused cats living there to move to other cities. Many factories were also on the planet's surface.
The planet had a military might strong enough to take on the Galactic Republic. Every town and village had at least one barracks building. Most male cats became part of the army. After the Clone Wars, the planet had an army equal to the Galactic Empire.
Features[]
A group of Human robbers that sneaked through a unique underground passage found that the core of the planet contained crystals that could be used to power superweapons. They attempted to make one, though they did not make it out alive.

Palpatine's plan[]
After sending agents to speak to the Catporer, Palpatine had the cats take over Byss for a reason. Some Senators figured out he was a Sith and got word he had a store house of clone bodies on Byss. Palpatine knew that the Catpire was hard to beat, and no one would believe the senators, not letting them borrow some clones to take Byss. The Senators had clone troopers, but not enough to take Byss.
Other run ins[]
Later on, they met the Droid Empire, and attacked them. The Catpire was victorious. Also, by then they had cloning devices, making their army bigger.
The Capital[]
The Capital of the Catpire was X-351. Catporer Aq-med wanted to change the capital to Byss, but after the Republic tried to take it back many times, he changed his mind. As the Catpire was pulled into the war, the cities became bigger, and the planet was becoming more like Coruscant.
