Vin Zondarus was a Anx male who served as Supreme Chancellor of the Galactic Republic at the onset of the Great Galactic War.
Born on Gravlex Med, Vin Zondarus served as the Senator of Anx Space for several years before being elected Supreme Chancellor in 3688 BBY. Towards the end of his second term, the Sith Empire revealed itself to the galaxy, having been thought destroyed for centuries. As the Republic went to war with the Sith, Chancellor Zondarus attempted to seek reelection for a third term but his advanced age and peaceful nature made him unfit for leading the war effort, leading the Senate to elect a more efficient leader in his place.
