Utaalk was a Nikto who was the mayor of Raxus Prime. He was mayor until 20 BBY because his term ended.
Biography[]
Making peace, not war[]
Utaalk had nothing to do after his term ended. Noticing that the Clone Wars were rapping up, the retired mayor wanted to get involved with the life of a pacifist. His dreams came true in 19 BBY when he was the fourth member to sign the contract to be a new recruit for the Confederacy of Independent Systems (Exiled). He was relieved to know that he wasn't the only one trying to spread peace to the galaxy. He had a personal bodyguard named Otkin.
Death[]
In 43 ABY Utaalk with most of the council were killed by the traitorous Danny. Utaalk was the first to die. Otkin was unable to protect him. Otkin became the sixth to die.
