Uranus Hertz was the third planet in the Hertz system, which was located on the Inner Rim of the galaxy on the other side of the Transitory Mists from the Hapes Cluster. A placid world much like Chandrila, it was so named by its first colonists, who were suspicious of outside influences, in order to discourage casual visits.
