Biography[]
Birth[]
Umara was born during the later half of 175 ABY. Her mother was Luma, a Mirialan, and her father was a Zeltron bounty hunter by the name of Fazon. Fazon and Luma were forced to flee from their home in the core region after one of Fazon's enemies, Shin To, put a large bounty on his head. While Fazon would remain in the core to punish his enemy, Luma, who was in the later stages of a pregnancy, was ferried to the outer rim aboard the Barking Bantha, an old barge owned by one of Fazon's last allies, Bogart Quill.
Before their journey was complete, Luma went into labor a month earlier than expected. After eleven hours in a crowded cargo bay of a freighter with little medical supplies or support, Luma gave birth to a surprisingly healthy girl who she named "Umara", meaning "miracle" in an ancient Mirialan dialect. Not long afterward, Luma and her newborn daughter would finally arrive at Fashur Tol, an agricultural world, where they would begin a new life.
