The Twin Alliance Federation was the ruling interplanetary body of the Twin Worlds, Talus and Tralus, of the Corellian system. It had an intense rivalry with Corellia and it's allies, Selonia and Drall, for it's attempted coup of the interplanetary monarchy in place of it before it's reorganization in 500 BBY and 470 BBY.
Behind the Scenes[]
Despite the author's goal on making a cohesive story blend in with both Canon and Legends, the Federation of the Double Worlds (the counterpart the Twin Alliance is entirely based off of) was one of the only items to be retconned. The author disliked the way the name rolled off the tongue and much rather preferred the name, the Twin Alliance Federation. A retcon largely inconsequential in the large scope of things.
