The Trupellians were a race of humanoids native to the Colonies planet of Trupellia. They bore a strong resemblance to the Chev of Vinsoth.

The Trupellians were slate-skinned humanoids with wheat hair, lidless purple eyes, and have two hearts.
Society and culture[]
Trupellians could work for any affiliation and occupation, and could speak their own native language. They could speak Basic. They also shared their name with the Trupellian probability, a theoretical discipline from their homeworld. They were one of the 5 million sentient species (alien races) known to the Empire in the galaxy.
History[]
The Trupellians were the sentient descendants of a non-sentient primate species. They evolved on Trupellia, a temperate planet located in the Trupellia system within the Duluur sector in the Colonies region. Their homeworld was explored sometime between 20,000 BBY and 15,000 BBY, during the Great Manifest Period to settlement of Trailing Sectors. It fell into the area of space known as the Southern Core. They shared their home sector with the Devaronians and the Lambarians. It became a part of Republic Space during the Clone Wars. In 25 ABY, their homeworld's population was up to 500 million. Their homeworld became a part of Darth Krayt's Sith Empire in 137 ABY.
