The Treaty of Procopia was the document produced by the Procopia Summit in 157 ABY, which formally ended the Tapani Conflict.

Drafted primarily by Imperial Diplomatic Corps Captain Nell Serris, the document which eventually became the Treaty apportioned reparations among the various combatant houses in the Tapani Conflict, and included major financial support for both the Freeworld Territory and the province of House Pelagia; both regions had been the primary battlegrounds of the conflict and suffered accordingly. The draft also provided for inspections by the Triumvirate to ensure compliance.

All five combatant houses objected, though the Pelagia representatives did so only in solidarity with House Cadriaan and out of resentment for outside interference in Tapani matters—they wanted the reparations. Representatives of House Mecetti—including Lords Titus Astagon and Offul Grant—worked with Serris to persuade the other houses to accept the treaty. As a compromise, the Mecetti convinced the Triumvirate parties to allow them to conduct inspections on behalf of the Triumvirate; because the Mecetti had remained neutral in the conflict, and because it was obvious the houses would do everything possible to resist the Triumvirate, Serris eventually conceded, over the objection of Jedi Master Shandur Arrofai. To mollify the Jedi, a provision was added allowing Jedi Knights to conduct periodic inspections of their own.

The Mecetti convinced the Pelagia to look to their own interests and support the treaty, and the delegates of the Freeworld Territory were quick to follow. Losing ground—and advised that sanctions could be added to the reparations if the Triumvirate was not mollified quickly—Houses Melantha and Reena accepted the terms as well. Left alone, the Privy Councils of House Calipsa and House Cadriaan finally acquiesced and signed the treaty.
