Toyriadians were aquatic bipedal herbivores that were centered around discovery. This species built a great city that was said to have gotten too advanced and destroyed the planet's water cycle, flooding the planet's great cities which became ruins. In an escape from a city before the flood wall broke, the Toyriadians got into tunnels that led to Capatal City. The caves were blocked off by Capatal City.
