The Toka System was a star system towards the edge of the Outer Rim Territories that held a total of four planets, of which three were inhabited. The system was named after its yellow star, Toka.
Planets[]
Closest to the main sun, Toka, was Tokanga I, a hot desert planet due to its closer proximity to the star. The planet was known for its mountainous terrain, extreme heat and relative lack of water. The surface of the planet was extremely hostile to sentient species so the planet remained uninhabited, despite several attempts to construct permanent habitation under the planet's surface.
The second planet in the system, Tokanga II, was more temperate, though still with a band of desert on its equator. The landscape was marked by the single supercontinent that dominated the surface, surrounded by an encompassing sea.
The third planet, Tokanga III, was a pleasant, temperate planet noted for its pink and white blossoming trees that created large, striking forests seen from orbit.. The landscape was mostly comprised of flat plains or gentle hills, with occasional snow capped mountains showing the tectonic movements.
The final planet, Tokanga IV was the furthest planet from the sun, a rocky and snowy planet with a far harsher climate than those planets in a central band. Marked out by five moons and small seas, the planet was sparsely populated, with by far the lowest population numbers in the system.
Other features[]
Tokanga II had a permanent space station facility in orbit of it in the form of the Imperial Intergalactic Lifeboat Service space station IILS Toka. The station helped stranded space travellers or those who get into trouble within the system.
