Tinden was the eldest (acknowledged) son of Alabri and twin brother of Telas. He was born in 811 BBY.
Tinden's nano-droids were manipulated by his father to ensure unswerving loyalty. Though extremely intelligent, Tinden never showed ambition nor passions of his own, save hatred of his father's enemies.
Tinden was trained by his father in the martial arts, and supposedly invented a new way to kill a man once a week. He was made commander of the Mountain-Guard Eunuchs (his brothers) and general of his father's army when he was only nine years of age. He personally led all assassin missions against his father's enemies, real or imagined.
