I think in terms of literary quality, ''Force Exile VI: Prodigal ''does the best job of having a unified storyline and developing the antagonist to be an equal foil for the protagonists. I love ''Guardian ''for its original trilogy tie-ins, but the villains are a little flat since they are cribbed from a video game. Hard for me to say!

I love ''Guardian ''for its original trilogy tie-ins (and yes, the more humorous characters like Taelros Bac), but the villains are a little flat since they are cribbed from a video game. Hard for me to say!

I think in terms of literary quality, Force Exile VI: Prodigal does the best job of having a unified storyline and developing the antagonist to be an equal foil for the protagonists. I love Guardian for its original trilogy tie-ins (and yes, the more humorous characters like Taelros Bac), but the villains are a little flat since they are cribbed from a video game. Hard for me to say!
