The Thranta Region was a large portion of Alderaan, which consisted of the planet's Business District. One of the businesses there was Cotati's Blueprints. The company's office building was just north of the Region.

In 42 BBY, MI5 agents ran into Draco Gant on a large grassy area in the Thranta Region. That area was practically destroyed once the battle was over.
Five years later, MI5 returned to chase down the murderer and former limmie player Bozak.
