This is uneeded. -- JM76 Holocron Talk to an Admin Mind Trick Jedi Library Sabersmilycyan

Well, it could be used as an alternative to regular interwiki links.
 [[starwars:Star Wars|Star Wars]]
 {{sw|Star Wars}}

See, this template could cut time if you don't mind pressing SHIFT when typing brackets. --C3PO the Dragon Slayer 6,000,000 forms of communication | Dragons I've Slayed

Now unneeded due to my edit to MediaWiki:Edittools. Nothing beats a single click of the mouse (unless you don't have a mouse for some odd reason). --Michaeldsuarez Sabersmilygreend (Talk) (Deeds) 17:06, 14 August 2008 (UTC)

Good call, though we can't delete this because that will mess up coding in a lot of articles still. - Brandon Rhea (talk) (contribs) 17:09, 14 August 2008 (UTC)

Yeah, I know. --Michaeldsuarez Sabersmilygreend (Talk) (Deeds) 17:13, 14 August 2008 (UTC)

From Template talk:Swm

Isn't this the same thing as {{Sw}}?—DarthtylerTalk 19:55, 15 October 2007 (UTC)

No, {{Sw}} is for if the link name and the article on wookieepedia are the same. This lets you do something like Twin Ion Engine series. — Aiddat (Holonet) (Additions to the archives) NewRepublic 19:59, 15 October 2007 (UTC)

It's more like {{wm}} because you link to another site and use a different display. JawaChief Enter the Sandcrawler JawaTV My Droid Sales 20:31, 15 October 2007 (UTC)

It's exactly as JawaChief/Aiddat said; like the links I created to Meta-wiki and Wikipedia (template:W/Template:Wm and template:M/template:Mm) you can change the second part of the link. So it's like putting [[starwars:Bounty Hunter|scum]] or something. --Victor (talk) 23:57, 15 October 2007 (UTC)
