Task Group Xeron, also known as Yosip Zagoonga's task group, was a naval task group in Confederacy of Independent Systems. Commanded by Marshal General Yosip Zagoonga, Task Group Xeron's flagship was the Lucrehulk-class Battleship Queen of Independence, and was instrumental in his campaigns during the Clone Wars.

The exact size of Task Group Xeron varied significantly throughout the war. At its maximum size, it consisted of five Lucrehulk-class Battleships, seven Providence-class Dreadnoughts, sixty Munificent-class star frigates, fifty Recusant-class light destroyers, twenty Dual Hemisphere Omni Support Vessels, and several other capital ships.
There were also some starships smaller than capital ships, such as Separatist Gozanti-class cruisers. The Lucrehulk-class ships carried 250 C-9979 landing craft.
All the capital ships combined carried over 10,000 Vulture-class droid starfighters, hundreds of Hyena-class droid bombers, and, later in the war, several hundred droid tri-fighters. There were also a smaller number of piloted starfighters, mainly Rogue-class Porax-38 starfighters and Belbullab-22 heavy starfighters.
Personnel[]
As was the case with most of the Confederate Navy, the ships of Task Group Xeron were mainly crewed by droids. The officers were a mix of organic beings, OOM command battle droids, T-series tactical droids, and, later in the war, ST-series tactical droids.
Marshal General Yosip Zagoonga served as the commanding officer of the entirety of Task Group Xeron, despite the fact that he was technically an army officer. A Vice Admiral served as second-in-command.
Ground units[]
All of Army Group FZM was carried by Task Group Xeron, primarily by the Lucrehulk-class Battleships, which could rapidly deploy battle droid forces for a ground invasion.
