Suwetra Endlo was a female human who served in the Imperial Army as a commander during the Galactic Civil War, where she commanded various stormtrooper units.
Biography[]
Early life[]
Suwetra Endlo was born on the small planet of Plexis in 37 BBY. Endlo grew up during a time of rapid expansion in spice gang activity on Plexis, including the rise of the notorious Zenowai Crime Society. Pressure to join one of these gangs was a constant fact of her childhood, and on more than one occasion Endlo was forced to defend herself from gang members trying to recruit her by force.
To finally escape the planet, Endlo immediately enrolled in the Imperial Army at age 18 upon seeing an Imperial recruitment station. She was assigned to Carida Academy.
Army cadet[]
At Carida Academy, Endlo proved to be an above-average cadet and a better athlete. After completing the required Imperial Academy Boxing course her first year, Endlo took to the competitive version of IAB for her Cadet Athlete requirement.
Endlo won 8 IAB Championship Belts during her time at the academy: 3 Garrison Open belts, 1 Squad Championship belt, 2 Branch Championship belts, and 2 Inter-Academy Championship belts, all in the female middleweight division. In 18 BBY, she notably defeated future Grand Admiral Rae Sloane by knock-out during the final round match of the 1st Inter-Academy Championship, in a particularly violent bout.
Endlo excelled in other unarmed combat instruction, such as Advanced Imperial Combatives, but failed to join the Carida Academy AIC team due to a shoulder injury during tryouts.
In 16 BBY, Endlo graduated 144th in her class of approximately 2,000.
Career[]
After graduation, Endlo was eventually assigned to the Star Destroyer Devastator around the time of the Battle of Scarif. By this time she had achieved the rank of commander.
