The Supreme Modality was a government founded by Valin Aresh, a male Human Dark Lord of the Sith. Headquartered on Ciutric IV in the Outer Rim Territories, the Modality was devoted to Humanocentrism to the point of exterminating non-Human populations. Life for Humans, on the other hand, was of sufficient quality that many disenfranchised and impoverished Rim worlds willingly accepted Aresh's rule.
In addition to a conventional military, the Modality was defended by the Dark Vanguard, Aresh's corps of dark side warriors, and the Purifiers, an elite paramilitary organization.
