Where on Coruscant has some of this info based on? As far as I knew, administrator are users who are trusted by the community and by the staff, and they have no vandalism history. But "Is an active contributor. This includes constantly creating or uploading maintenance templates" ? All I can ask for now: what? Doesn't creating fanon articles, updating weekly stuff (before the admins, Aiddat and me were mainly updating FA, nobody seemed to care about UOTW, etc.) and stuff like that make you an active contributor? I'm sorry, I just don't get this.
