Alright boys and girls, ladies and gentlemen, children and old people, beauties and beasts, it's time for the Sixth Star Wars Fanon Wiki Awards! And now, here are your hosts: the one and only Darth Wylind and the stunning and amazingly talented Trak Nar, who also has a friggin' sweet hat!

I know you're all anxious to begin, but hold on, little doggies! We've got a schedule to review:

January 9–February 6: Nominations period. Nominate articles now!
February 6–February 20: Voting period.
February 20: Winners announced!

When nominating, be sure to remember...

  • When you nominate an article, it doesn't have to be of novel length. Length does not necessary equal quality, and vice-a-versa. The Wiki Awards is about quality. Short articles can be awesome, too. Show them some love.
  • As well, you don't have to nominate good articles and/or featured articles. Just because an article isn't well-known or hasn't been recognized doesn't mean it's not good.
    Note: This is not to say not to nominate long articles or GAs/FAs, but not to limit yourself to them.
  • When nominating for best author, that doesn't mean the most well-known author or the author that has/have churned out the most articles. It is for the best. Keep that in mind. Be non-biased. Suck-ups will be shot. Just kidding...or are we?

Nominations[]

Best Light-sided Individual[]

This category is for the best character who walks the path of the light side.

Best Republic Individual[]

This category is for the best character who is a part of the Galactic Republic, New Republic, the Galactic Federation of Alliances, or any other character who is part of a republican organization.

Best Rebel Individual[]

This category is for the best character who is a part of the Confederacy of Independent Systems, the Alliance to Restore the Republic, the Empire-in-exile, or any other character who is part of a rebel organization.

Best Other Individual[]

This category is for the best character who is a part of any other canon or fanon organization, or unaffiliated.

Best Overall Individual[]

This category is for the best character overall.

Best Government[]

This category is for the best government of any kind.

Best Military Organization[]

This category is for the best organization of armed forces, either private contractors or otherwise.

Best Other Organization[]

This category is for the best non-Force-related organization.

Best Overall Organization[]

This category is for the best overall organization.

Best Location[]

This category is for the best location. This includes planets, systems, sectors, cities, buildings, and any other type of location save for planets.

Best Event[]

This category is for the best battle, duel, war or mission.

Best Technology[]

This category is for the best technology, including weapons, gadgets and gizmos, etc.

Best Fan Work[]

This category is for the best fan work such as novels, novellas, short stories, photo novels, comics, and all other non-article related fanon works. All nominations that are narratives must be complete or almost complete.

Best Image[]

This category is for the best image, such as character portraits, ship designs, weapon designs, etc. If it was drawn or created in some way, shape, or form, and if you like it, nominate it.

Best Author[]

This category is for the best author on Star Wars Fanon. List in alphabetical order.

    • Heh, it was a cheap Photoshop paste job. Figured instead of some embossed overdone gold medal that I had in mind, I'd just stick with a simpler design, upon review of past logos. Trak Nar Ramble on 22:07, February 1, 2011 (UTC)

  • You win a....BRAND NEW CAR! As well as an article talk page tag (if you win best User you put it on the User page). You also can state that in the page's Bts and claim to be an elite article maker.
