“Lord have mercy,” Han complained in response to hearing the plan to head to Kashyyyk for reinforcements. “Ya mean we’re gonna have to deal with that Vos dude?”

Luke Skywalker entered, limping. “Yes, Han. Please contain your anger.”

“That fool always hits on you, Leia!”

“Han, shut up and pay attention. We’re leaving and we’re leaving soon. Understood?”

Han threw his hands up in the air, practically conceding to the argument and walked away. Over the loudspeaker of the base, Stone’s voice could be heard stating that they required an ample amount of troopers to travel to Kashyyyk. Rahr, who sat right across from Ponds at the table of the mess hall, banged on the rectangular table, which startled Ponds. “I just started eating my space waffles! This always happens.”

“Rahr, settle down. We gotta go,” Ponds replied. Patrick got up and walked away which sparked a chuckle from Ponds as he followed.

Aboard the Star Cruisers, an eerie silence filled the air, in which Rahr wanted to break. He cleared his throat, “I wonder how Quinlan Vos is doing.”

“I’m sure he’s fine, Patrick,” Ponds reassured.

Solo rolled his eyes as Luke Skywalker glared at him until Solo glanced back at him. Solo let out a slight sigh and mumbled to himself. That caught the attention of both offsprings of the late Darth Vader. Suddenly, Stone got an individual transmission from an unknown source. It was unknown to everyone except him. He excused himself from the bridge.

“Stone here.”

“Stone, it’s me. Charges are set. What is the next objective?” The being reported through a thick, stern voice on the other side of the communications link.

“Just hang tight and lay low. We are on our way. Oh, and thank you. May the Force be with you, soldier,” Stone responded.

The transmission was cut off due to unknown circumstances on Stone’s part, in which he tried only a little bit to get it back. However he knew it was at the end of the conversation and they were almost at Kashyyyk.

Once their Star Cruiser orbited the misty atmosphere of Kashyyyk, gunships hovered over the grasslands and found a spot to land. Quinlan Vos waved his long black hair to the back of his head and smirked. “Well, I’ll be damned.”

Chief Tarfful of the Wookies let out an excitable roar at the sight of his old friend Chewbacca exiting a gunship. Out stepped Commander Rex from one of the gunships that was modified to be painted blue, paying respects to his former legion. Stone, before engaging towards Quinlan Vos, walked his way to Rex. “What’s up, Stone?” Rex sternly asked.

“I need you and your best men for this assignment…”
