History[]
The Spinaxians were the sentient descendants of a non-sentient cetacean species. They evolved on Spinax III, an aquatic planet (which is the third) located in the Spinax system within the Allied Tion sector of the Outer Rim Territories. Their homeworld was explored sometime between 25,000 BBY and 20,000 BBY, during the Tionese War and settling of The Slice. It fell into the area of space known as the Borderland Regions. They shared their home sector with the Desargorrians, the Gormaks, the Jhantorians, and the Voss.
It became a part of Separatist Space during the Clone Wars. In 25 ABY, their homeworld's population was up to 100 billion. Their homeworld became a part of Darth Krayt's Sith Empire in 137 ABY.
