Special Operations Command was the agency reponsible for coordinating the efforts of the Eclipse Special Forces and all of its sub-branches, and sub-units. The command structure was led by Special Operations Commander Dahlia Crosjane.
Special Operations Command took its orders directly from Eclipse High Command's Army Command and had its right to make its own decision as well due to the Angel Command Policy, overriding High Council's ability to give them orders.
