Slave Trade Route 25 ran from Oxoor to Ord Radama. It split to cross the Hydian Way in three locations near Telos, Doniphon, and Tantive IV. Other planets on or near the route included Bosph, Oerdere Depot, Ventooine, First Kwymar, Ferro, and Thila. Very few knew how to follow the way and most of those who did were slavers trading in Oxoorians.

Slave Trade Route 25 was charted in 837 BBY by Oxoorian slavers who were concerned that if they openly traded in slaves they would bring the attention of the Jedi and the Republic to their unaligned world. Only a few thousand beings per generation actually used the route. Uticha,a ruthless Rodian smuggler, was paid by the Hutts to seize control of the route in 31 BBY. He ruled it until 25 BBY when he was killed by the assassin droid 3X-AK2R on behalf of a criminal on Denon named Jushio Kom'chuk. Eventually, a Rebel Flight Group obtained star charts of the route and they used it to harass Imperial shipping on the Hydian Way and in the sectors along the route. In 99 ABY, Marthrull Strayfiend and the Itching Empire began using the route to combat the growing influence of the tyrannical Telosian Concordat.
