The Sith Empire, commonly referred as to the Sithian Renewal Army, was an autocratic government located in the Unknown Regions of the Galaxy. Its capital world was the ancient Sith world of Exegol, the place of Emperor Palpatine's final downfall. Ruled by the infamous Darth Malevich, the Empire sought to bring the entire Galaxy under the dominion of the Sith by taking down all other galactic powers, including criminal empires such as the Hutt Imperium.
History[]
The creation of the Sithian Renewal Army[]
The rise of Darth Malevich[]
In 291 ABY, Kal Ne Vira, a boy training in the ways of the Sith under the tutelage of Sith cultists on Sanguis Prime, embarked on a mission to Exegol after hearing rumors of an ancient Sith army laying dormant on the planet. He awakened the army, but during the process, he was possessed by the spirit of the ancient Immortal Emperor Vitiate who replaced Vira's conscience with his own. Under Vitiate's control, Vira abandoned his birth name and assume the moniker of Darth Malevich, Emperor of All the Sith and Supreme Commander of the Sithian Renewal Army.
Composition[]
Army[]
The Sith Empire's army was comprised of Sith Troopers--mindless soldiers with blind loyalty to the Empire. The elite legion of the army was called the Horde, a division consisting of the original Sithian Renewal Army troopers that were awakened by Darth Malevich. These troopers wore Tulak Hord-like helmets and Anoat sector-like armor painted black with red stripes. The Sith Trooper army was controlled by A.T.I.S, an ancient entity housed in the depths of the Outer Rim world of Korriban, while the Horde was commanded directly by Emperor Malevich.

The Imperial Navy consisted of one Obscurus-class star dreadnought, four Sanguis-class battlecruisers, eight Inferno-class battlecruisers, and sixteen Avassalator-class heavy cruisers, as well as hundreds of Resurgent II-class star destroyers and thousands of modified Resurgent-class star destroyers.
Political ranks[]
Emperor of All the Sith[]
The Emperor of All the Sith, stylised officially as His Majesty, the Emperor of All the Sith, the Breaker of Chains, the Unbound, Surrogate of the Force and the Bringer of Darkness, was the ultimate ruler of the Sith Empire. The Emperor held virtually absolute power within the Empire, but was rarely seen in public.
Sith Councilor[]
Sith Councilors composed the Sith Council, a group of Sith who administered the Empire's day-to-day affairs in the name of the Emperor. These were all Sith Masters who have trained at least one Sith Acolyte to Knighthood and have showed exceptional loyalty to the Empire. Known Sith Councilors included Darth Atheaes and Darth Hades.
Grand Moff[]
Grand Moffs were political leaders who ruled over an Imperial oversector. Only high-ranking Sith (Darths) could be Grand Moffs.
Moff[]
Moffs were politicians who ruled over an Imperial sector. These could be high-ranking Sith (Darths) or non-Force sensitive politicians.
Governor[]
Governors were political leaders who administered local star systems. These could be mid-ranking Sith (Lords) or non-Force sensitive politicians. Due to the lack of Sith to fill up these positions, most Governors were non-Force sensitive.
Planetary Governor[]
Planetary Governors were political leaders in charge of an Imperial planet. Most of these were non-Force sensitive.
Territory Secretary[]
Territory Secretaries were political leaders in charge of one of a planet's territories. There was generally more than one Secretary per planet. All of the known Territory Secretaries were non-Force sensitives.
Mayor[]
Each Imperial Mayor was in charge of a specific city on an Imperial planet.
Deputy Mayor[]
Deputy Mayors were second-ranking city officials who assisted their respective Mayors in city affairs and assumed the position of acting mayor in case of the Mayor's absence.
City Deputy[]
City Deputies were legislative politicians who made up an Imperial city's city council. This was considered the lowest political position anyone could achieve in the Empire, and most City Deputies did not have a significant say in major Imperial matters. Due to the extension of the Sith Empire and the somewhat frequent lack of oversight by Planetary and System Governors, not every Imperial city had a city council.
