Changes: Sharpshooter squad

Sharpshooter squad was a group of clones who were led by Clone Captain Rex. Rex taught these clones to be accurate with their shots so they could destroy an AAT with a shot from a blaster pistol. They took part in the space battle over Coruscant, and were responsible for the destruction of several droid fighter platoons, and two Separatist cruisers, even though they were only using DC-15 blasters while using jetpacks and breathmasks to hover in space.

Temporary fragmentation

In 20 BBY, Sharpshooter squad was temporarily fragmented after a mission to Geonosis, where most of the original group was killed in an explosion. After the mission ended, several of the recruited squad challenged Rex's leadership, and requested that Blastmaster take control of the squad. Blastmaster refused immediately, and the squad, who no longer felt Rex was a good leader, (with the exception of Blastmaster) fragmented.

Re-organization

A year after the squad's fragmentation, the members, feeling that the galaxy needed the skills Rex had taught them, re-organized. Though Blastmaster took control of the squad.

The Battle Over Courscant

Being a division within the 501st, the members of Sharpshooter squad took part in the Space Battle of Courscant. The members of the squad insisted upon being equipped with Space Trooper gear so they could hover in space. After launching into space, the squad shot at all enemies in sight, and ended up destroying two cruisers, and five platoons of vulture droids.
