Shadow company was a clone training facility of the Galactic republic and a part of the Shield operation. This facility was training sniper clone commandos. The facility was build on Kashyyyk.
The most notable squad of the company is the Lazer Squad which took place in the battle of Geonosis.

- In the battle of Geonosis, where the Lazer Squad was sent on the battlefield of Geonosis to assist another squad.
- In the second battle of Rhen Yar.
- Battle of Utapau.
- Battle of Kashyyyk.
