Selip Tode, nicknamed "Slips", was a male Mon Calamari starpilot and mechanic from Corellia who flew with the Star Krayts since the time of the once-mercenary squadron's founding.
With the start of the Galactic Incursion, Slips and Fex M'klad opted to recreate the squadron as an official unit of the Galactic Coalition as part of its special operations forces. With Fex's subsequent rise to the rank of general for Battle Group Kira, Captain Tode became Flight Leader of the Star Krayts and took charge of its missions.
