The Second Duel on Dathomir was a duel between Darth Calthius and Jacen Solo and Leia Organa Solo. It took place in 58 ABY, after the first duel of the same name, which had resulted in the death of Jaina Solo. The Second Duel resulted in the death of both Jacen Solo and Leia Organa Solo.

Calthius, having defeated and killed Jaina Solo in the First Duel of Dathomir, was confronted by Jacen Solo and Leia Organa Solo. Calthius ignited his lightsaber, and engaged the two, who also had their lightsabers ignited and ready, in combat. The Sith Lord overwhelmed the inexperienced Jacen Solo, impaling him and cutting off his hands. After getting rid of Jacen, Calthius then engaged Organa Solo in combat. They were equal in lightsaber experience, and Organa Solo was able to block Calthius's aggressive attacks. However the Sith Lord blasted a barrage of Force Lightning on Organa Solo, in a overwhelming burst of energy. The lightning ripped in and destroyed Organa Solo's lightsaber and threw her against the wall in a couple seconds, causing her immense pain and even reflecting her skeleton. It began eating at her flesh. The lightning struck all her body organs and parts, and finally killed her, destroying what was left of her flesh and blasting out what was left of her skeleton into outer space. Calthius then collected the lightsaber of Jacen Solo, who had succumbed to his wounds.
