The Second Battle of Dromund Kaas served as the climactic battle to the eighteen-year civil war. This battle took place on 3,933 BBY over Kaas City.
HK-47's Search[]
In the Imperial Citadel's Prison section, HK-47--having learned his master was last seen here from T3-M4's hologram recording--fights his way to the main cell blocks; believing to be where Revan is currently at. Instead, to HK's surprise, he meets the spirit of the Jedi Exile. Not long after, HK makes his quiet escape from the world.
Raid on the Depressor[]
Byron and his companions, with the Minister of Intelligence and an accompanying strike team, dock within the Rogue's capital ship, the Depressor, using a stealth vessel. During the raid, Rodrick is killed. Despite the heavy loss, Byron pressed on; eventually making his way to the bridge where he confronted and killed Naiko, one of the generals for the Rogue Sith. With Naiko dead, Byron hijacked the ship. Now, the Depressor and it's crew fell under Byron's command.
In Imperial Citadel[]
Meanwhile, on the streets of Kaas City, Scourge, the Dread Masters, and the remaining Dark Councilors fight against the invading Rogue Sith. During this time, a large team of Sith hunters faced off against the Emperor inside his thrown; however, the Dark Lord quickly made quick work of them within a matter of seconds.
In one of the other main chambers of the Imperial Citadel, Scarlet ran into Darth Namla, another general for the Rogue Sith. The two dueld in a fierce lightsaber match; but in the end, Scarlet won.
Behind the Scenes[]
The Jedi Exile is never directly shown, nor is the conversation between the character and HK-47. This is because of the Exile being a role-playing character from Kotor 2. In Canon, the Exile is a light-side female named Meetra Surik, also she is dead at this point in the timeline due to being killed off in The Old Republic: Revan.
The stealth vessel Byron and his team used to sneak aboard the Depressor was one of the very first manufactured X-70B Phantom ships.
In an alternative option, Byron will instead destroy the Depressor rather than take control of it. In this outcome, the Depressor collides into the jungles of Dromund Kaas.
Also, the appearance of the Depressor is inspired from Darth Vader's ship the Executor.
