Sebastian Riose was an Imperial high admiral who became a prominent leader in the Empire after the Battle of Endor, serving as the Chief of the Naval Supreme Command under Imperial Prince Atticus Lexingdorn. Being among the Prince's strongest supporters along with Octavius Draca, he became known as one of the "Twin Stars of the Empire." Besides Lexingdorn himself, Riose was regarded as the most brilliant Imperial strategist in the post-Endor period.
