Savar Opress was a male Zabrak Sith warrior, and an apprentice to Count Dooku. He was also the younger brother of Darth Maul and the older brother of Feral Opress. He was the son of Meryl Opress and Faron Opress.
Biography[]
Early life[]
Born on Dathomir, Savar never knew about his brother's existence because they were eventually separated. His parents took great care of him after they gave birth to Feral Opress. When he grew up, his parents died from a strange illness, so he and Feral were taken away. Staying together as brothers, Savar and Feral always cared for each other to prevent dangers.
Turn to the dark side[]
Around 21 BBY, Asajj Ventress arrived to the Zabrak Nightbrother Village and tested the best warriors. Savar and his brother were also selected, but Savar feared that his brother would get hurt. During the first test, Savar fought against Asajj in brutal combat after Feral had been strangled. Savar was fast enough to avoid her strikes, and he was Force pushed into a wall. Asajj was impressed by Savar's talents and believes that he might be the one. In the final stage, Savar and his brother were the only ones to stand. Feral told him that his death awaits him, but Savar told him to stick with him. With every block rising up and down, Savar and his brother were separated. Savar was yelling for Feral, but he saw that he was already killed by Ventress. Releasing his rage, Savar engaged Ventress in a combat duel, and threw her into a wall, but she pushed him back with the Force. After his final test, Opress was chosen and taken from his village.
Returning to the Nightsisters, Mother Talzin and the other Nightsisters then used their powers to transform Opress into the ultimate killing machine who would serve as the Count's new apprentice. In the process, his horns grew, his strength increased, and his hate was fueled. Savar woke up and felt that his rage made him brutal. He immediately grabbed Ventress and threw her into the water, escaping in a Sheathipede-class transport shuttle. He travelled to Serenno to meet his new master.
Toydaria[]
Darth Tyranus trained his new apprentice, and told him about the nature of the dark side. Growing stronger in the dark side, Savar was tasked to travel to the planet Toydaria and kill King Katuunko, a few senators, and the Jedi present there.
