Sate Pestage was the human advisor to Emperor Palpatine. He was more often than not, the object of which Palpatine would rage upon. He usually received a shot of Force-lightning once a standard day.
He helped bring to his notice how the ysalamiri could help capture renegade Jedi, such as Nathaniel Kenobi. Luckily, Nathan would figure a way past this and rescued his family.
He would later die in the Galactic Civil War.
