Sapphire Squadron was a Rebel Alliance and later New Republic starfighter squadron which served during the Age of the Empire and the Galactic Civil War from 3 BBY to 5 ABY. Flying Incom T-65B X-wing starfighters, Sapphire Squadron saw action in many of the Galactic Civil War's most important battles, such as the Battle of Scarif, the Battle of Hoth, the Battle of Endor, and the Battle of Jakku.
