Sir Salin Tesshir OSO was a Rebeyr officer of the Royal Navy of the Golden Empire. From roughly 145 ABY until 150 ABY, he was the captain of the Valkyrie, Breek Zagrev's personal command ship, and was respected and trusted by the princess. Tesshir was noted by his subordinates for having almost limitless calm and patience, even under unusual stress.
During the Nightmare War, Breek again took the Valkyrie as her flagship in the Romasi Sector Fleet, and Tesshir became her de facto second-in-command. When Breek returned to the Sith Star for a special mission during the Battle of Dolomir, Tesshir was made a Legate and given command of the fleet, using it to spring a trap on the Dark Jedi fleet. After the Sith Star lost contact with the fleet, Tesshir assumed command of the entire battle, directing the defeat of the Reawakened until Sorrik finally reestablished communications.
For his actions at Dolomir, Tesshir was made an Officer of the Sovereign's Order. He retired from the Royal Navy in mid-150 ABY, and Breek held a retirement party for him at the Consul's Palace on Baes. The next day, Tesshir formally transferred command of the Valkyrie to Captain Augu Pentag. After his retirement, Tesshir returned to his homeworld of Sair.
