Ruin Chuwin was a male Pantoran Jedi Master and a council member of the New Jedi Order. He served as an apprentice to Lowbacca and master to Brian Fyre.

Early life[]
Nothing much was known about his life, but it was said that he was discovered by Lowbacca, who was searching for several Force-sensitives to gather and serve in the New Jedi Order. Ruin had a close heart with Lowbacca and he was one of the first to be trained. Lowbacca saw how calm and patient he was in the Force and took him as his apprentice. Along with several Pantoran Force-sensitives, Lowbacca took them to his homeworld where he trained them in the ways of the Force.
Jedi Master[]
By 180 ABY, Ruin had been granted the title and rank of Jedi Master and had begun the training of his first student, Gilah Tiin, a related descendant of Saesee Tiin.
