The Rock Viper Twist was a Juyo technique, named for the rock viper of Ord Cestus. To execute the move, a combatant leapt at her opponent, feigning a slash; at the last moment, the combatant hooked her blade behind and around the opponent's blade, jerked it out of the way, and slashed back in at the opponent's now-exposed chest. Though potentially lethal for an unprepared enemy, the technique also left its practitioner vulnerable to an assault while airborne, as well as suffering Juyo's normal vulnerability to Force techniques, such as a Force push or Force lightning.

Zaella Sabir was capable of performing a Rock Viper Twist, and in 1,386 BBY she taught the move to Narasi Rican as well. Narasi later used a Rock Viper Twist to gain an advantage against Yan Razam when they dueled aboard Malachor Base.[1]
