Robulg was a male Fondorian Jedi Master who lived in the seventh century of the New Sith Wars. By 1,386 BBY he had been appointed Chief Librarian of the Jedi Archives. He assisted Tirien Kal-Di in reviewing Jedi holocrons kept in the Holocron Vaults, but refused to allow the Pantoran Knight, who had temporarily been stripped of his Force powers, to access Sith holocrons for information.
After Tirien recovered his powers, Robulg reluctantly agreed to lend him the holocron of Jedi Master Giffis Fane.
