Roan Fel was the Emperor of the Fel Empire. In 130 ABY, a coup was committed against him by Darth Krayt of the Sith. He ended up killing Fel's double, and the real Roan Fel retreated to Bastion, where he founded the Empire-in-exile while Krayt created a new Galactic Empire. After an eight year war, Fel was killed and his loyalists defeated at Coruscant.
