The Resistance is a resistance movement dedicated to fighting the First Order. Formed from elements of the New Republic they are the direct successor of the Alliance to Restore the Republic. They took part in a number of conflicts with the First Order such as the Battle of Starkiller Base and the Battle of Crait.
