Red Sauce Incorporated was a food company during the late days of the Galactic Republic, and a major manufacturer of sauces and ketchup. However, an outcry occurred in 18 BBY when it transpired that some of its products were made from freshly ground Banthas and Jawas. Despite this, Imperial officials turned a blind eye to the case, and the Emperor even encouraged the company to carry on with this. Nevertheless, company profits plummeted, and company outlets came under attack from Jawa revenge groups, eventually bankrupting the company in 16 BBY.
