Ramy was a male Trandoshan Jedi Master of the New Jedi Order. He was the padawan of Wookiee Order 66 survivor, Quagga Bacca. It was very unusual for a Wookiee and a Trandoshan to be put together, since the history of their two species wasn't very good, but the two managed to become friends. Ramy was able to live for at least 190 years. He was killed while on a mission with his former master and his former apprentice, Kluta Tinue, to Kalee, when local Kaleesh began to attack the Jedi and wounded Bacca and Tinue, but Ramy helped carry the two wounded friends on board the ship when a female Kaleesh named Ronderu lij Kummar had thrown a spear into the Trandoshan's spine. Bacca and Tinue carried their dying friend on board the ship and went straight for Coruscant. After arriving at the Jedi Temple, Ramy told the two Jedi where his family fortune was and to make sure it didn't get in the wrong hands and told them goodbye and died in peace. The Jedi High Council had the entire Council, other Jedi, and Ramy's family attend the funeral.
