Rowan Dume (formerly known as Rowan Blake) is a Human Earthling who is also a Witch of Dathomir and sister to Kanan Jarrus and daughter of Kara and Rhodes Dume.
She is also the main protagonist of a *work in progress* story on coming to Wattpad, soon to be known as "Star Wars Rebels: Welcome to Earth" by TheRebelJediGirl.

Rowan, who mostly went by Ro, had inherited Witch Magick from her mother, Kara Dume, a Jedi who was raised by the Nightsisters. At the time of the story, Ro was 14 years old. She is the daughter of Kara and Rhodes Dume, whom Rhodes was also a Jedi as well, and sister of Kanan Jarrus/Caleb Dume. Rae is also the adoptive daughter of Jess and Lucas Blake.
Ro has had many Imperial alerts her way as of being hunted after as she was 5 years old, thus causing her parents to have her adopted in her future, to even having to join the rebellion with her Jedi and Witch abilities that put her at stake.
Jess and Lucas were bounty hunters under the names as they were truly known as Kess and Albot Solarburn
