The Presidency Council,[1] sometimes called the Presidents Circle,[1] was the executive ruling body of the Eclipse Empire in that it had control of the branches that fell underneath the Office of the Galactic President as well as having command of the Office of Security Contingency Orders, Honour Guardsmen, and Eternal Guardians.[1]
The Council itself was full of Clones of Jenkins and Jenkins Fall.[1] It also took inspiration and principles from the Imperial Ruling Council.[1] Since the Council held power over the Joint Systems, Senate, Political Persecution, Unaligned Systems, Region Council, and Contingency Orders Office, they were all insusceptible to being corruptible.[1]
