Pompinius Tarqui'in, more commonly known as King Pompinius IV, was the final King of the Morsian people in the Morsian Kingdom

Early life[]

Popinius was born to the future King Caesar I at the Royal Palace in the capital of the Morsian Kingdom, Volcanesis Magna, which is where Pompinius spent his early life.

Ascension to the throne[]

When Caesar was assassinated, blame was placed on the Morsian Kingdom's largest enemy, the Sicc'orax. Pompinius declared war on the Sicc'orax, commencing the First Morsian-Sicc'orax War. Pompinius sent the Royal Morsian Army to the Sicc'orax border with the intent to march into Sicc'orax territory, burning and looting until the Sicc'orax sued for peace.

Death[]

However, before Pompinius could do much about the war, he too was assassinated by an unknown assassin. His death was not as swift as his father's however, as Pompinius was bed-ridden for days. Various suspects were rounded up and arrested across the capital in hopes of finding his killer, though little came from it.

Legacy[]

Pompinius died before he could name an heir and successor to the Kingdom. This prompted three powerful senators to break off and attempt to take the Kingdom for themselves, plunging the Morsian Kingdom into the First Morsian Civil War.
