Peridot Squadron

Peridot Squadron is a Rebel Alliance squadron consisting of ChromeWave 7M starfighters. They were involved in many battles during the time of the Rebellion, and they have also fought battles during the New Republic era. Peridot Squadron has nine members as of 7 ABY.

Formation (2 ABY - 4 ABY)

Peridot Squadron was formed by Phillip Stargazer in 2 ABY along with Phillip's friends Jason Darksphere, Aaron Emerald and Neil Raxton. They first participated in the Battle of Amethyst Nebula, emerging victorious against the Imperial forces in the asteriod belts near Amethyst Nebula. One year later, the squadron joined Rogue Squadron in the Battle of Hoth and fought in many other battles. At the beginning of 4 ABY, Phillip sent his astromech droid (at the time), R4-X4, to the Death Star 2 to pose as an Imperial astromech while sending information to the Rebels. This stolen information helped Red, Gold and Green Squadrons win the Endor conflict and defeat the Empire forever. Just before this event, a new member named Daniel Garren joined as Peridot Five.

Note: R4-X4 survived. He was onboard the Imperial Shuttle that Luke Skywalker used to escape the Death Star 2. He later was returned to Phillip.
